    An avid hot spring enthusiast, Tetsuhiro has explored various hot springs across Japan for over 20 years. In collaboration with Ishizuka, he has addressed the calls for business succession in hot spring inns and mineral spring regions, and currently owns more than 15 hot springs.
    As a representative of the mineral industry, he is dedicated to making hot springs more accessible by creating portable bathing experiences, aiming to transform the traditional system that requires visitors to travel to the springs. His efforts include branding facilities that utilize portable hot springs, engaging in regional revitalization, and promoting activities that showcase the benefits of hot springs and minerals globally.

  • 石塚 佳史Yoshifumi Ishizuka

    He possesses extensive knowledge of hot spring ingredients and is skilled in selecting suitable hot spring sources. His expertise encompasses hot spring analysis, development, and effective utilization, approaching the subject from both sensory and scientific perspectives. Additionally, he is well-informed about the benefits of drinking hot springs.
    He has earned numerous qualifications, including Hot Spring Sommelier Master, e-Hot Spring Meister, Hot Spring Tourism Specialist, Hot Spring Care Specialist, Hot Spring Bathing Instructor, Sauna/Spa Professional, and Water/Hot Spring ORP Evaluation Advisor. Through his products, he aims to reveal the potential of hot springs beyond mere bathing. Furthermore, he operates his own restaurant and real estate business, allowing him to create menus that harmonize with hot spring facilities.

  • 多田 登Noboru Tada

    He also acts as the representative of Arashi no Yu, a trailblazer in mineral baths with a rich history spanning more than 20 years, and oversees a network of over 40 stores across the country.
    His expertise lies in understanding the impact of minerals on both the body and mind, enabling him to offer tailored advice on creating and managing the bathing facilities that people desire.
    He is a specialist with comprehensive knowledge from start to finish.

  • 石黒 伸Shin Ishiguro

    After completing his studies at Ehime University School of Medicine, he trained as a surgeon in the urology department of the university hospital.
    At 29, he enrolled in the Osaka University Graduate School but left after a year and a half. He then became a freelancer, acquiring diverse clinical experience across various medical institutions.
    At 31, he established a clinic focused on home medical care in Yokohama. By the age of 34, he launched the Aqua Medical Clinic in Minamihonmachi, Osaka, practicing the Kouno Method.
    In 2024, he took on the role of medical advisor at mineral.

  • 大津 秀一Shuichi Otsu

    He has played a key role in hosting and producing large-scale entertainment events, along with overseeing various product developments, successfully leading numerous projects.
    As a director and general producer at Mineral, he is advocating for the implementation of "SPRING" to revitalize and enhance the value of hot spring inns and leisure facilities nationwide.

    An Okinawa-based photographer and bath enthusiast who operates globally. He has explored hot springs across the country and possesses extensive knowledge about the benefits of hot spring ingredients for the body.
    Passionate about the art of bathing, he currently advises professional athletes on enhancing their health through this practice. Additionally, he consults on outdoor saunas and engages in building DIY saunas.
    His photography portfolio includes work for renowned musicians, films, and television dramas, along with contributions to magazines, photo books, and CD covers. He has garnered multiple awards for his work.

  • 外所 一石Isseki Todokoro

    In 2003, he established Triple E Planning, a company dedicated to designing and producing the connections between people, time, and space.
    He creates apparel brands like Dr. Franken and FUGAHUM. His work spans various production areas, including marketing, product development, web design, and interior design.
    He has collaborated on branding for leading manufacturers and directed events in the fashion and art sectors, both in Japan and internationally, for public organizations such as JAXA and Cool Japan, as well as the Thai government.
    Additionally, he contributes to logo design and service concept development for mineral.

  • 森田 マリエMarie Morita

    She has been involved in multiple product launches and branding efforts at a PR agency focused on natural and organic products. Her expertise spans a diverse array of items, from cosmetics to wellness products, and she has successfully planned and managed more than 300 events.
    Her skills include generating corporate value tied to enhancing product images, and she offers tailored advice on OEM products based on their marketing stage.
